Adding Products Using the SeedsWild Dashboard

Step-by-Step Instructions #

1. Login to Your Account:

• Access your seller account and navigate to the “Products” section on the left-hand side.

2. Click on “Add Product”:

• Locate the “Add Product” button at the top-right corner of the products section.

3. Enter Product Details:

• SKU ID: Enter a unique identifier for the product.
• Title: Provide a title for the seed.
• Name in Your Language: Add the seed’s name in your local language.
• Other Names: List any additional names the seed may have.
• Quantity: Set the initial product quantity (can be updated later).
• Price: Specify the price of the product.
• Discount Percentage: Optionally add a discount percentage (ideal for promotional offers or new shops).
• Shipment Method: Select “Seller Managed Shipment Process.”
• Shipping Cost: Enter the shipping cost. If not specified, it will be considered FREE SHIPMENT.

4. Add Descriptions:

• Short Description: Provide a concise summary of the product.
• Detailed Description: Add a more comprehensive and detailed description.

5. Package Details:

• Height (inches): Enter the height of the package.
• Width (inches): Enter the width of the package.
• Length (inches): Enter the length of the package.
• Weight (grams): Specify the weight of the package in grams.
• Fragile Option: Check the box if the package contains fragile items.
• Organic Option: Check the box if the product is organic.

6. Add Visuals:

• Thumbnail: Upload an image of the seed or the plant it grows into.
• Video Link: Add a video link showcasing the product (if available).

7. Select Category and Tags:

• Category: Choose the most relevant category for your product.
• Tags: Add relevant tags to improve discoverability.

8. Auto Apply Listing:

• Check the Auto Apply Listing box if you want the product to be automatically listed without manual approval.

9. Review and Update:

• Ensure all product details are accurate before applying for listing.
• If your product is not ready, save updates as changes cannot be made after the listing goes live.
