Complete Order

To complete an order, follow these steps:

  1. Log In:
    • Access your seller dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Orders:
    • Click on the “Orders” section on the left side.
  3. View Order Details:
    • Click the “Detail” button next to the received order.
    • A new detailed page will open where you can view the buyer’s email, phone number, address, and contact information.
  4. Update Shipment:
    • On the top right of the detailed page, click on “Update Shipment.”
    • Enter the following details:
      • Shipment Provider Name
      • Tracking ID
      • Tracking URL
      • Tracking Number
      • Description
    • Update the shipment status.
    • Click “Submit.”
  5. Monitor and Update:
    • Regularly update the shipment status to boost your profile, keep the client informed, and attract positive reviews, which can help in selling more.
